Cait has been serving us delicious drinks at The Factory Floor for several years now. All the staff are great, friendly and highly competent and creative, but Cait has always looked after us and made us feel the most welcome. Being somewhat of a foodie and all about flavours, aromas, textures, aesthetics and of course the overall experience in food and drink, I would say Cait and the Factory Floor ticks all the boxes. Cait quickly picked up on my interest in food and drink and as a result will happily talk to my wife and I about the flavour profile’s of their drinks, the history of the original cocktails, their ingredients and of course the use of their own delicious homemade “drips” and mixers that they make fresh, daily and in house. Of course you can just order a drink from the menu then sit down and relax in peace, but for someone like me, the ability to talk to the creator of the drinks made in front of me is a huge bonus, highly entertaining and and essential part of the whole experience. The venue itself is tucked out of sight in a re-vamped old industrial courtyard just off Rutland Rd and I always do my best to promote the place the best I can when speaking to friends, family or just people I randomly encounter at the other bars in the surrounding area of Kelham Island. I always tell people if you like amazing cocktails made with fresh ingredients, home made spirits and mixers in a venue that can be quiet one day when you need time to just sit down and relax or for it to be buzzing with people the next day, with folks dancing to the sounds of the live DJ’s, then The Factory Floor is the place for you! Try some of their amazing “drip” based drinks from the menu, BUT it is and absolutely must to ask for Cait, tell her you want to “play the game” for an amazing off menu, fully personalised and custom made drink that will suit your individual tastes and even your mood in that moment.then follow it up with a delicious creamy peanut butter and chocolate flavoured shot of their homemade vegan “Snickers shot” and just how my wife and I like it, always made with extra salt ! you will be blown away ! Enjoy Price per person: £50–60 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Always discuss with the bar staff if you have any allergies or dietary requirements prior to the drinks being prepared and they will be more than happy to accommodate you

We love this place! Myself and husband visit Kelham regularly, and never miss calling in. The drinks, cocktails and staff are amazing, but a special shout out to Cait! She’s amazing and her knowledge of drinks and mixology is off the scale. We learn something every time! If you’re not sure what you fancy to drink, you tell her your likes and dislikes and she’ll put a cocktail together for you! You can have a different cocktail every time you go in, but all equally gorgeous! We tell everyone we know about the Factory Floor!
