Used to be the best pizza place going and we’d order regularly. Changed hands and the lovely old man who did everything himself has retired. Now it’s just like every other greasy takeaway. Pizza used to be handmade and a good pizza, now it’s just the same old greasy slab you’d get in every other takeaway. Will be avoiding in future Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1

If you’ve been ordering Fairy Pizza for the last 30 years, as we have, you’ll be very disappointed with the new Fairy Pizza’s. Look like pre made bases and cooked on a conveyor belt. We’re gutted and now need to find another place to order from. So sorry the old owner has gone but wish him well. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We have ordered from fairy pizza a long time ago so decided to try again rather than use a big chain restaurant. Both pizzas tasted old with an overwhelming use of tarragon in the pizza sauce; a little bit goes a long way but this was like eating perfume it was so fragrant. I'm no Italian but tarragon is French... perhaps they were out of basil. The potato wedges were dry and old like they had been refried in oil that needed changing, and the burger tasted cheap and grisly. We were all very disappointed and will not order again unfortunately.
