This booking was accepted by booking.com. The Falcon was fully booked, this was not The Falcon’s mistake. Booking.com cancelled the booking and they emailed me and the guest to say it had been cancelled. I also tried to contact the client but there was no answer to call or text to advise him (I did not need to do this) I received a call late at night ( I had been sleeping) saying that he had arrived, I politely told him I had no rooms and to speak to booking.com - at no point in time was I rude Reply to your edit 1)The message with directions is an automatic message which is sent when my guests book through booking.com 2) we were fully booked - why would we not give you a room if we had one available ?
