Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your visit left you feeling disappointed, as this is never the experience we want for any of our guests. We would like to reassure you that we do not have a dress code, and we do not prioritise hotel residents over non-residents. As stated on our website, we welcome muddy and sandy boots, as we encourage guests to visit us straight from the coastal path. We're very sorry if your experience suggested otherwise. Although the restaurant may have appeared quiet when you arrived at 5:45pm, our dinner service does not begin until 6:00pm, and the tables were reserved from that time onwards. We're particularly sorry that you made a special journey to visit us and were unable to dine with us. As we can be busy, especially in the summer months, we would always recommend booking in advance or giving us a quick call before travelling, so that we can confirm availability and help avoid disappointment. We're also sorry that the alternative recommendation was not to your taste. Our team always trys to help where possible and, as a local business, we are proud to support and recommend fellow businesses within our community. Thank you again for your feedback.
