Convenient location. Nice inside but a bit loud. Seemed to be understaffed today at lunch with only a hostess and a bartender who was serving the tables as well. As we were trying to enter the restaurant the hostess started walking out of the restaurant on her cell phone rudely right in front of us (we had to move over out of her way) and she stood outside on her call and never cracked a smile the whole time we were there. You could tell she just wanted to sit at the host stand and text or play games on her phone. We stood there a minute and the bartender from a distance said just sit anywhere. The bartender was not very friendly and pressured us to order quickly before we had really decided on what we wanted to eat. Our table only had 2 silverware rolls so we had to get one ourselves off a vacant table since there was 3 of us. She also forgot to bring the BBQ sauce we asked for. We all noticed that she must have forgotten to take her sunglasses off the top of her head. 2 of the 3 of our sandwiches were served cold that we thought would be toasted (the menu did not say). We also expected the sandwiches to have sliced cheese but it was shredded so it would fall out when you ate it. The food was good but not great and is a little expensive. We also noticed these 2 employees handling dirty dishes and not washing their hands. Some training needs to happen at Falls Local mainly in customer service. Pay attention to the details and lower your prices a little. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
