Got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was good, the server was rude though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Grilled Chicken

I sat her for over an hour and not one time did the waitress come back and ask me how the food was, if needed anything else or anything to that matter. There were only about 3 people being serviced at the time. Definitely not a place I would probably come back to Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Horrible experience. I received meal vouchers from my airline due to 2 cancelled flights and came here to eat directly after receiving them from the ticket counter that was in the airport. Server was fine until I said I would pay with the vouchers, then she became rude saying they don’t accept that. The voucher was valid for airport restaurants which cafe americana is. Her name was Mascara (sp?) C. I tried asking her why and other questions regarding the voucher but she kept on walking away. I ended up paying cash and went to talk to the airline that issued the voucher. They said that it should work and offered me proper and good customer service, (suggestions to be reimbursed) unlike this restaurant. Came back to point out that this voucher should have been accepted and she accused me of underpaying the bill, in which I quickly pulled out the receipt to show her she was wrong. Then after I showed her the instructions on the voucher and its number, expiration date, etc. she walked away from me and would not talk to me afterwards. Management will be contacted about this incident additionally. Absolutely shameful behaviour. Food: 2 Service: 1
