Coming from a former employee, both the employer and the restaurant itself need some serious inspection and talking to about health regulations, customer service, EMPLOYMENT standard regulation, and how to run a business. Personally I was not treated with the respect I deserve as an employee, and the owner does a lot of weird illegal stuff that I’ve been a victim of. Why you allow under age employees serving in a bar setting and serving drinks without an AGLC ProServe is beyond me, and the list goes on. Not to mention the food is absolutely disgusting, they don’t change their oil regularly and I can account to this because I’ve gotten food poisoning from this place. Most of your employees by the name of Sara walk around the place as if they’re intoxicated which is again very concerning and has made me question my safety in your building numerous amount of times. And I’m still patiently waiting to receive my T4 slips from the employer that should have been distributed the moment I was terminated. Poor management is on the list. Overall, you violated my rights as an employee working for the City of Edmonton, and moving forward I hope the employer, the business, and your customer service standards improve because it’s gut-wrenching. Tired and run down restaurant. Prices were quite high with no seniors discount. Understaffed. Will not return.
