I just want to say I don’t want to come across as hateful or rude, this is just an honest review. My food had taken 1 hour and 20 mins to come, this is not the first time this has happened, it’s happens every single time I have ordered, yet I have never complained. I’ve ordered from fat munch for years, since she used to cook at home and deliver from her car and her food was one of the best. I used to order frequently. Even when she first opened her shop, her food was still up to great standard so I didn’t mind waiting. I’m not sure if she’s changed the recipes but it doesn’t hit the same, doesn’t taste like how she used to make her munch. I’m so so disappointed. I understand she increased the price because it’s a small business but it’s continuous and for the quality of food it’s not worth it. I’m so upset I had to write this because I’ve honestly been supporting your business for years.

Dear, Tanya Thank you for taking the time to share your honest review. We truly appreciate your long-standing support over the years, and we’re deeply sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not lived up to the standard you were used to. We value all feedback and are constantly striving to improve. We apologise for the long wait times with your orders—especially today, as there was significant traffic due to a Tottenham game and a storm that impacted our delivery schedule. That said, we completely understand how frustrating delays can be and will work on addressing these issues to ensure a smoother experience moving forward. Regarding the food, we are disappointed to hear that it hasn’t met your expectations recently. We'll take your comments on board and ensure that we revisit our recipes and processes to bring back the taste you fondly remember. Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your continued support. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, fat munch
