First time visiting Fatburger tonight, and unfortunately the experience was awful because of the employee working the front register. We had a coupon that was completely valid and clearly stated, yet she immediately became argumentative and disrespectful instead of simply helping us understand it. Since it was our first visit, we also had questions about burger sizes, but asking basic questions seemed to annoy her. She gave me rude looks throughout the interaction, insulted me in front of my child, and then acted irritated when I chose not to leave a tip. What really crossed the line was hearing her talk negatively about me to the next customer, saying, “Sorry it took a bit, I was dealing with a difficult customer.” She also made sure to mention multiple times that she was an “8-year veteran” who knew everything. With that much experience, I would expect professionalism and basic respect toward customers. The food may be fine, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not a welcoming environment for first-time customers. Given it was still $45 out the door for 2 burgers, fry, and drink with a $9.25 discount. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place is a 10 out 10. Staff and owner are so friendly. Please go visit them. I drive from Torrance to get the delicious burgers of course along with a friendly, professional, attentive staff Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
