What a disappointment. To start, I have to say that I have already been to Feng several times with my family and we have always had a good experience, and that is why we have continued coming. But today, it was a disappointment. Of three things we ordered, two were taken to another table by mistake. We arrived at 2:30, and when the waitress realized that she took the starter to another table by mistake (the table next to us) she took it from that table and put it on ours WHEN THOSE FROM THE OTHER TABLE THEY HAD ALREADY EAT FROM THERE. The owner thought I hadn't seen that they had already eaten, so I tried to cover the hole where they had eaten with a spoon before putting it back on our table. When I told him, he took the plate away and another 15 minutes passed until the almond chicken was served. Normally, we mix the chicken with almonds with the rice, but by the time they finally brought the rice (after taking our rice to another table also by mistake) they brought us a rice that was not the one we had ordered, but by then the chicken It was already cold. Upon commenting, the owner took the chicken and told us that he was going to heat it up, but after 5 minutes he brought the chicken back and it was still cold. Between all this, it hit us at 3:40 and we couldn't take it anymore. We left the rice and chicken and went without paying (obviously notifying the owners of our discontent) running to find another place to eat before they closed. I understand that they were busy and perhaps lacked staff, but you have to be careful with certain things that are no longer even hygienic (like giving us a plate that other people had already eaten). I'm super disappointed, to be honest, because the food here is usually very good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, good time, it was a bad time, if something is bothering you, excuse me, a colleague had a rest day and someone got sick and couldn't work. The new waitress caught this moment and became very nervous as many customers came in because of a mistake. Thanks for your opinion. Happy new year! We hope you return soon.
