As a five-day-a-week customer, Fiiz has been part of our routine for years. But the new clear cups are a big disappointment. The foam cups kept our drinks much colder for much longer, which made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. We truly hope Fiiz will listen to loyal customers like us and bring back the foam cups. If not, we’ll unfortunately have to start looking at other soda shops that still prioritize keeping drinks cold. Most restaurants still use foam cups, like Chick-fil-A, and customers love them Food: 1

Hi Tami We still have the 32oz and 44 oz cups in foam and don't plan on getting rid of them. Fiiz is also carrying all cups in plastic as some prefer that. I apologies if we didn't communicate that when you last visited. We appreciate you business very much.

We stopped by earlier today (Saturday 03/28, 2ish) during a really busy time, and I just want to recognize the three young ladies working, they did an amazing job! They were handling the drive-thru while also helping guests inside, all at the same time. They mentioned they were short one worker, but you wouldn’t have known it with how well they kept everything running. They stayed professional, efficient, and friendly under pressure. They even handled a situation with an older couple who were frustrated about using the kiosk with patience and great customer service. Seriously, great job to all three of them, you made a hectic moment feel smooth and welcoming! Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's a bummer when you gotta edit your review to a downgrade. No qualms with food or drinks, theyre always great. Unfortunately the last couple times I've swung by the line moves like molasses. Today was especially bad. Sat in line for close to ten minutes, never having moved. Multiple folks started bailing out of line, who knows how long they were there before us. We sat for a few more minutes and decided to bail as well. Same car still sitting at the window. Line never actually progressed the whole time we were there. Saw about 5 cars, including us, leave. Old Review : Fiiz drinks is dope. They do a pretty good job of busting through their consistently long line. Drink is always good, never had any issues. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
