Came in the drive for tacos before work and they ended up not giving me all my food, one of my tacos were missing. So I called within 10 mins of leaving they advised me they will not do anything for me if I don’t have a receipt I advised them I was never given a receipt. Long story short I paid for food i never received. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Before I start this review I want to state that I have NEVER left a review, yet here we are the first. Filibertos is okay, the food is pretty good but the workers at the INA location are TERRIBLE. I ordered #13 a chimichanga... now this on the menu is $13.82 not bad for a chimichanga with beans and rice. Well when ordering the lady asked me what kind of meat I wanted I asked what's normally in it steak? which she replied yes... so imagine my surprise when she asks for my card and hands me a receipt for $19 and change. I ask why and she explains that "carne asada" is an extra charge. When I replied stating that I asked what was normal on it she told me steak not that I would be charged $3 more for steak. She said well shredded beef is normal, so when I asked again why she had told me steak was normal and refused to mention it was an upcharge she said sorry and closed the window. When she finally reopened the window I was done and simply asked for my salsa that normally comes in the bag she told me it was an EXTRA CHARGE. This on top of the BS "handling fee" that is already snuck on to the bill with no marking or warning is beyond me. FILIBERTOS HAS OFFICIALLY BECOME A PENNY AND DIME FAST FOOD SCAM, IN WHICH I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Save yourself the time and go to somewhere like street taco or any other place for that matter. To be clear I have gone to filibertos for a long time I understand the stupid handling fee has always been a thing and yes it is annoying yet I have looked past it but now this is the second time in which my order at the ina location has been 5-10$ more then any other location in Tucson...
