We ordered the 8 oz Sizzling Angus AAA Steak (鐵板牛排) and the Baked Pork Chop Rice on Tomato Sauce with Cheese (焗豬扒飯). For <$20, each meal comes with soup, dinner rolls, dessert, and a drink. Definitely a great deal for value. I personally liked the Pork Chop Rice more than the Steak, which I found a bit on the chewy and stringy side. For the appetizer soup, opt for the Vegetable Borsch soup over the Lobster Bisque. Skip the watery tasting HK milk tea.

Came here with some friends for a casual bite to eat and the food was all right. We all packed our left overs but as we were leaving there was a cockroach crawling on the wall! I was so grossed out!! I felt like my meal was smothered in it and I left my takeout there. After that experience I never returned.

After a matinee viewing of The Imitation Game at the First Markham Cineplex, I was feeling a tad hungry. With sub 20 degrees temperatures upon us, the logical choice was to find a place to eat close by. Queue the Fire Fly, a HK style western restaurant. These type of restaurants has an afternoon tea menu after 2:30pm where you can order an item and a drink for under $6. I ordered a baked ham and bacon rice casserole. The sauce was on the salty side, but the bacon and cheese makes up for it. This is one of a few places where you can order a red bean with ice cream shaved ice drink with your afternoon tea order, I went with a hot milk tea to warm up. During regular hours they have steak/seafood items in the $10-$20 range. You could do a lot worse at other places.
