Fire House Bar and Grill

Thank you for your review. However, after a thorough review of our camera footage and speaking to the server, we would like to provide an more accurate account of your experience. Your group started entering the restaurant at 5:40pm advising you were a party of 15. You were directed to a table on our dining room side to accommodate your group. Members of your group came and went from the restaurant for approximately 5 minutes. Children from your group also ran around the dining room while this was taking place, while the parents/caregivers had no awareness of staff working or other patrons in the establishment. Your group then proceeded to occupy 4 other tables other than the one they were directed to. At 5:45pm when it appeared that most your group had arrived, your server asked your group to sit together and seat the children. She provided menus and cutlery. At 5:47pm the group was seated among 4 tables, other than the one directed to. During this time, we had customers seated on our patio as well as our bar side (3 tables as well as bar seats) and the server was also handling take out orders. At 5:50pm your group got up and left. It's unfortunate that your group felt that 3 minutes was insufficient time lapse for your server to realize that your entire group had arrived and take your orders. It's also unfortunate that you didn't realize the the server (there was only 1 server working) working had 5 other tables to serve. Please understand that our establishment is well used to groups of 15 or more, hence why there were already tables set up for groups your size.
