For the first time I experience a strange/ unacceptable way of dealing with customers. I ordered my food by the cashier/cook and he was not noting things down or registering them for payment later. I ignored this part. Then I repeated my order because he was not a 100% with me. He was busy starting the cooking without knowing the exact order. After a while, we received an order that was not ordered by me but that was fine. Later, the kids meal they have in their menu was served in a big brown bag (nuggets, fries, juice, ketchup, kids toy) all thrown inside in top of each other like animals would receive their food; an unhealthy looking! Then I was ready to pay after some time and I trusted the guy although he was not to be trusted from the beginning. I asked for the receipt and he was afraid. Until he told me that he added 2 corns by mistake and he will give them to me now! I didn’t order the corn and I don’t want them! After some arguments until I received my money back. He kept telling me it’s only 10 SR. I don’t something that I didn’t order even if it was 1 SR. Please this guy (BIR Bandler) or whatever his name needs some training/ customer service and more staff to help him around. I am really disappointed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a loyal customer to Fire grill. This is the most disappointing branch. It is one of the most dirtiest branches. Really 0 concert for the food safety and rubbish is everywhere Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I used to be a really big fan of FireGrill a couple of years ago it was one of my favorite spots for Mexican style grilled food in I used to come twice a week. The flavors were fresh, the portions were solid, and it felt like they cared about quality. But in the past year or so, I’ve completely stopped going because the quality has dropped dramatically. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give the current food maybe a 3 at best, and that’s being generous. The steaks are always chewy and tough you have to put in real effort just to chew through them, which ruins the whole experience. The shrimp used to be one of the highlights, but now it’s way too spicy, almost like they’ve switched to an heavy Indian style spice level that overpowers everything and doesn’t taste like the balanced Mexican grill it used to be. The chicken is nothing special anymore, and the guacamole? It’s terrible. I saw them scooping it straight from a big plastic container, and it tastes artificial, bland, and off—not fresh at all like it should be. I think a big reason for this decline is that the management seems to have turned the place into some kind of multi-concept or cloud kitchen setup. It feels like the same 2-3 staff are handling FireGrill plus at least one or two other brands (maybe an Indian spot and a burger one?) under the same roof to cut costs. The result is rushed prep, inconsistent cooking, and zero attention to detail. It’s obvious they’re prioritizing saving money over delivering the quality customers expect. I’m really looking forward to Chipotle finally opening in Saudi and I think it’ll bring back that fresh, customizable Mexican vibe that’s been missing here. FireGrill can keep celebrating its past reputation, but right now it seems like they’re more focused on making quick money than actually satisfying their customers. Sorry to say it, but I won’t be returning. Disappointing fall from what it once was. Price per person: SAR 80–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
