Diana is so kind their service was top notch. I got their gluten-free! The store is really clean and Diana was informative and her customer service was amazing. We got the veggie also Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really disappointed with the owner of this location. I had two coupons for a free sub that the location gave to me three years ago when they really messed up a large order. My work relocated me to TN for the last 3 1/2 years and we just returned. This was our first opportunity to use the coupons. The staff was unsure of how to use the coupon so they called the manager. He told the shift supervisor that the coupons were expired and not usable. The said they didn’t know what stored issued them. I told them they did, but we were relocated until recently. The manager said too bad don’t honor our coupon. I paid for my order and tipped the staff, but we will no longer support this location. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I came in for an online order just now. They’re clearly understaffed and busy as all get out. But the stress is clearly showing on the folks here. Girl in the glasses behind the counter is verbally berating the guy working with her while they’re preparing subs. Atmosphere here is a lil wild, but I’ve never had issues with the food. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
