Was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone beyond the AI they have set up. Select option one and choose Request an actual person? Hung up on. Option three to speak to a manager? Also hung up. When someone finally did answer after several attempts we were met with Julia. Immediately her tone and demeanor over the phone was annoyed and dismissive when taking our orders. My order was heated when I wanted it cold. My boyfriend was missing his requested ingredients. If her customer service had been better in the first call I probably wouldn't have been so irate in the second. But she took the phone away from the first person who answered. And responded with more attitude. If firehouse subs wants a successful business moving forward she needs to stay away from customers with her lack of skill in customer service. I could be the angriest person on earth and I would still not talk to my customers at my job like that. (Thank you to Lily and Will and the rest of the team who went the extra mile and not only gave us two brownies but also an amount of pickles that I find quite sufficient! The food was perfect this time around! And the customer service on your parts was amazing!)

This food is amazing. I had the meatball pepperoni sub. Staff friendly and helpful. Will was great at helping us and very professional. I would definitely recommend this buisness to anyone. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Italian, Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket

It's been a couple of years since I've eaten here. The food tastes great and the service is good. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a Firehouse chain. Unfortunately shrinkflation has seemed to strike this chain hard. The large sandwiches cost up to $16 after tax. If that isn't unreasonable enough, than the fact that a 162 lb man doesn't get full from eating it is just ridiculous. I used to be satisfied from half of a large New York Steamer, and now after paying $16 for a sandwich I leave hungry. Next time I eat processed deli meat, I'll buy it from Publix next door. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
