Ordered 3 subs, got all the way home and one was wrong so we called 3 times and got no answer, which is when we had to drive back to BUY another sub because we didn’t bring the incorrectly made sub back!!! What?! They can’t do anything with it, but the manager told me we had to bring it back so they could throw it away!!!! I wasn’t upset about it being made incorrectly, it happens, everyone makes mistakes BUT to have to pay for another $10 sub because I didn’t bring the one back that I took a bite of and the fact that it was the manager telling me this was quite upsetting! Take better care of your customers, especially those that come to your establishment frequently!! This is insane to me, I’ll drive further from home to go to a different location from now on! Edit, I was placing this review in the store while waiting for my sub to be remade. My husband called the store while we were standing inside, 3 people were standing doing nothing and they still ignored the phone. Got my sub, I had ordered a large the first and second time well they handed me a medium, the manager argues with me that I did not say a large then tells me “I’m on break bye” and walks away, slams a door and leaves his staff to help me. I will say the staff, particularly the young girl with blonde hair was very sweet! Service: 1

I called firehouse sub in rockledge around 8 30 , they close at 9 well i kept calling and calling no answer and finally i called again at 8 45 and they answered and i said i would like to place a order .. she said were closed i was trying to say its says 9 and before i could she just hung up on me . Not happy not A way to run a business for sure definitely shouldn’t be working there. .. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
