Rice is great. Easy to form a ball shape but not sticky at all. Grains are well defined, firm but not hard and well separated. Tomato egg goes very well with rice, so 2 bowls is never enough. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would like to share feedback regarding an experience during my recent visit to your restaurant. There were three of us dining together, and we ordered two bowls of rice because I was already very full and did not intend to eat any rice. When the first waitress asked why we had ordered only two bowls of rice for three people, I politely explained that I would not be eating rice. Later, while I was collecting the food, another waitress approached me and again asked why only two servings of rice had been ordered. She also mentioned that I would be charged for three persons. I calmly clarified once more that I would not be eating rice and therefore only required two servings. I understand that your restaurant has a policy regarding rice charges, and I appreciate the need for staff to ensure that it is applied consistently. As a returning customer, I am familiar with this policy. However, being asked the same question twice and having the matter raised again after I had already provided an explanation left me feeling somewhat uncomfortable. I believe the situation could have been handled with greater sensitivity and discretion. While I recognize that staff may encounter instances where clarification is necessary, I hope future interactions can be approached in a way that avoids making customers feel as though their intentions are being questioned. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I hope it will be helpful in supporting continued professionalism and positive customer experiences at your restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I’ve ordered takeaway here a few times, and the food and service have always been consistently good. However, I noticed that the background on the TV display seems to have been changed recently, making the queue numbers quite difficult to see. Perhaps the management could look into improving the visibility of the display. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
