Hi Amy,I am sorry you had this experience at First Chair. This is not the service we give. It can be hectic when we are busy and we try our best to make sure everyone gets the right burrito. I have one question, did the bartender ask your name when you ordered your burrito?Additionally, we like to let our bartenders personality come out a bit in the music they choose. We also know that there are always songs and music that people do not like. If you are that passionate about the music, we would be happy to accommodate you if you would have asked a bartender to change it if you were eating and hanging out with us for a while.Please send me an email: drew@firstchairvail.com with the answer to my questions and to see what I can do to have you come back and try us again. Hi Reid,I believe you were with the group of 8 that received unacceptable service from our bartender. I am very sorry you had this experience at First Chair. If you were sitting at any part of the long bar, you should have received normal bar service. I also apologize for the attitude you received from our bartender. I will be sure to address this directly with the bartender.I would like to see what I can do to have you come back and try us again to prove we have great hospitality.
