For the 1st time, this particular location let me down. The manager was terrific and listened to my party's concern. He was very attentive and understanding. However, our waitress was absolutely horrible. I can't remember her name, but she had blue hair. She never smiled. Her attitude when we asked for something was giving, why are you bothering me vibes. Upon checking out, she snatched the check out my hand.. like that alone was just rude. WHY?? If you don't like your job, leave. I will never go back to this location just because of her. Lastly, the food was good, but the portions seemed to be smaller... not worth the price. The only good thing about this location is the manager and the taste of the food. That server needs a chin check on customer service. She sucks. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Wack service. Waited 20 min to try to get another drink and condiments. Finally asked another server for my check Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I split a smoked salmon and the Hawaiian French toast with a friend. Both were amazing but the pineapple on the French toast could have been cut better - I bit into some core which wasn't pleasant. Other than that, I always Frist Watch in Brier Creek! I picked up my food to take home but the atmosphere looked nice and clean. Parking is okay, it's shared with other businesses so it can be hard to find a close parking spot. Edit: I dined in First Watch for the first time but Google won't let me do another review. I highly recommend the spiked lavender lemonade. The food was great as expected. I wish the glassware and utensils were spotless.
