Our Server Gloria was Awsome. We had a large party of 8 with 6 children ages 2 years to 13 years old. Gloria was very pleasant and attentive. She took the order and went back over everything before putting it in to the kitchen. Our orders came out perfect and her teamwork with staff helped bring out all the food. Amazing Service! The Manager Gee Gee was also Awsome. Great leadership! Thank you again and we will return. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

First Watch is my favorite breakfast/brunch restaurant for several reasons. They have great locations, they have great entrees, their prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is comfortable, even when it is very busy. Last, and most importantly, their customer service and tenacity to retain a satisfy customer is commendable. We went to First Watch after my daughter's graduation (at her request) as a party of 5. Many other graduates chose to dine there as well, so it was quite hectic. We were seated in under 20 minutes (amazing), and given menus. Our server returned and asked what beverages we wanted. She returned with our beverages and asked if we were ready to order. One person was not quite ready, as it was her first time there. She finally said she wanted what my son was getting (which was the banana granola almond crunch) pancakes with turkey sausage and eggs. Our server brought 3 of the 5 entrees to us. Another server brought out one of our party's food and gave it to the wrong person, which left 1 person without food for another 15 minutes until the person with the wrong order realized it. Our server returned, apologized to the person who was still waiting and said the meal would be free. She then realized that the food was simply given to the wrong person and said that meal would be fixed amd free as well. I shared with the server that for future reference that if the server would have just asked "who ordered the ........" the entire mix up could have been avoided. Unfortunately, the person in our party who had not been there before had changed her mind to blueberry pancakes midorder and didn't realize that she had the wrong order which made the situation more complicated than necessary. I had the "Bacado" omelet without the bacon. It is absolutely delicious! I also tasted my son's pancakes which were huge, fluffy and flavorful! My daughter had the French toast which is always winner! Ultimately, I am still a fan of First Watch and encourage the servers to ask who ordered what, especially when it is not their assigned table. Waitress was great, food mediocre ask for Belgium waffle to be crispy , it came barely cooked. Why?? Does it cost more to leave it in the waffle iron a little longer? Very mushy waffle. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
