The food is delicious and they take customer service and what they serve very seriously. We told our waitress that one of the breakfast sandwiches was good but it was served cold and she took it back and within minutes the manager was at our table apologizing and he ensured the second one would be piping hot and stayed close by awaiting a thumbs up to ensure satisfaction. The second one was delicious. This place is a great choice for breakfast or brunch. I hardly ever leave a bad review, and I really like First Watch. Ordered take out that should have been ready @ 11:38. Got there at 11:50 and was told the system had been down so it will be 5 to 10 min before food would be ready. Waiting addtional 15 more min then finally it was ready. I order the Chickichanda. The food was not warm or hot, potatoes was cooked hard and salty and no fruit with my meal that I paid for. It seemed rushed and just thrown together. Do better First Watch. I understand things are out of your control but preparation and service shouldn't be one of them. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Recommended dishes: Chickichanga
