Restaurant on the third floor seemed dirty and run down, table and chair surfaces tacky/ sticky and didn't appear clean. That should've been our first clue. But we were hungry and were there on a recommendation. We were seated and another group was seated after us. The other group claimed they had to be somewhere quickly. So even though we were seated first, they were served first. By the time our food got to our table the french fries were cold; the king crab legsr and butter not even warm. That was our second clue. But it tasted OK. Not great. Crab meat was dry, over cooked and salted silly. Service was really slow. The waitress never came to our table with eye contact to check on us, she just sort of hollered as she scuried by. The real kicker came about 4 hours later with stomach ache, non-stop liquid diarrhea and vomiting. I am writing this in between bathroom runs. I would not recommend this place.

This place is just ok. Of course it's a tourist trap for all the cruisers but they have a nice seafood menu. We had a large group of 12 or so and all of us were craving seafood. We arrived around 2 and the place was fairly empty, but by 3 it was packed. This certainly wasnt the best food we ate on our trip but it was decent. I ordered the whole dungeness crab, Kate had the King crab. They were both just ok. And not cheap by any means. The sides were as you'd expect. One bright spot was the crab cake appetizer. We both really enjoyed their crab cakes. Matter of fact I wish I'd have just ordered a couple of the crab cake appetizers, skipped the crab entree and saved a bunch of money. Our server was pleasant but not very efficient. Yes there were 12 of us but we were constantly waiting and re-askkng for little things like refills, napkins and small forks. In summary, it's not bad but I would venture a guess there are better choices for crab on the Ketchikan crab strip.

Ambience. B Service. A Food. B Price. B Found in cruise a ship area of town right by pier on 3rd floor. Elevator provided. Great views of water , boats and seaplanes. Very touristy. Service friendly. Started with local Alaska brews from draft. Ordered crab cakes. They are more shredded crab recipe with bell peppers, onions and spices recipe. It was good however, thought the "spicy" remoulade overpowered the flavors of the crab cake. Got tarter and lemons to replace. They have specials lunch 1 lb of king crab legs for $35!
