This was our second time in the wellness area. This was actually supposed to be a relaxing evening. In the end, the one employee destroyed EVERYTHING. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly behavior. Not in a wellness area anyway! She was completely overwhelmed and constantly stressed. She rushed from one sauna infusion to the next and then immediately went to the wellness restaurant. People kept saying she didn't have time and had to move on, we shouldn't be so complicated. Afterwards she complained to another customer about our supposedly laborious manner. We stood around the corner and only heard nasty gossip about customers! When she got off work, she was suddenly 'nice' and wanted to pay for a drink. (She probably saw her unfriendly nature) She then just said we shouldn't say anything down at the reception.... The visit was absolutely not worth it and we are disappointed. But compliments to the kitchen, the food was great and the facility is also quite good. But you simply don't want to meet such listless, arrogant and unfriendly employees! Sorry

We were in the sauna area for the first time today. It was very disappointing for me and I can't imagine going there again. The price-performance ratio is not right for me. Unfortunately there was no infusion in the infusion sauna. The salt bath with a view of the industrial area is also not great for relaxing. The sauna area is rather dark, which doesn't create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for me. Everything is getting very old. A base plate is missing on the toilet. And the windows are dirty too. There could also be more cleanliness in the lying area. For me it's not worth the entrance fee of 40.-. The unfriendliness of the employees was mentioned in various reviews. I cannot share this experience. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us.

I really like the Fitness Island, it's clean, the staff are nice and helpful and it's also ideal for women!
