I went in and am allergic to Nuts, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and dairy and have a life threatening allergy to all nuts. I told that to the young man who took my order. He told me that there were none of those things in my order. But When we asked if the buns had eggs nuts or dairy he asked someone else and that person said yes to the eggs and no to everything else. In addition to asking about the buns we asked if they used peanuts which they said no to. However I looked up and saw that they had peanuts in their fries. And when we asked they said that their fries did have nuts in them. Then when it was my grandma’s turn to order she asked if they had any veggie burgers. Which the guy who was taking our order said yes to. But later when she got her burger it was just a burger with mixed vegetables that did not look that nice. Plus it did not have any veggie meat. Which we thought it did based on the information that was given to us. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: French Fries Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options here are not good the only vegetarian burger that it has is a burger that does not have any veggie meat on it is just vegetables and is not that good. Dietary restrictions: Do not come here if you have food allergies especially life threatening allergies.

The food was great but the service was outstanding! I didn’t catch that even though when selecting a different location if you chose to reorder from recent items it changes the location back to where that past order came from. Totally my fault for not catching it but Kevin was so amazing and set my mind at ease by going out of his way to help me with the situation. This is the best group of people working here. The synergy gives you a sense of comfort. They were singing, laughing, and just a well oiled machine getting orders out while still having fun. Thank you for taking care of me and I will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a difficult review to place as it’s not like they did anything wrong me and my girlfriend came here as we were wanting good burgers and we left disappointed the burgers just didn’t taste that good like it was a ok tasting burger and fries for almost $25 the store was clean line moved fast everything and the burgers were made how we asked for them they just tasted bland and due to a previous bad experience at a five guys we probably won’t be coming back to order in one unless the prices get significantly more affordable. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking
