I went to five guys for lunch with my brother and it was really nice, we ordered two burgers. Two fries ( one large and one regular ). There were multiple choices for burgers and hotdogs. They had a lot of unique choices for milkshakes. The place itself was clean and was decorated well. I totally recommend! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went inside to get a takeaway late at night as I couldn't find McDonald's (I was only visiting York) and wanted something quick. I ordered through the touch screen kiosk. The staff member gave me my drink then chucked the straw down on the counter. Later I saw her dumping the fries into the takeaway bag. Both staff members on duty did not seem bothered about customers. My food did not taste nice and I threw most of it in the bin. I paid around £23 for two vegetarian sandwiches, one portion of fries and a small milkshake. I think I definitely wasted my money in there. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options could be better at Five Guys. The "Veggie Sandwich" I had was very bland and tastless. It was fried mushrooms, peppers and onions, cold tomato and lettuce in a burger bun.

Visited at the end of March for a late lunch. I love the burgers and hot dogs in a Five Guys, but this time I tried the 'Cheese Veggie Sandwich'. I wasnt impressed by it and it was rather sloppy and messy (as shown in the photo). The staff are nice though here, the place is clean and there is a good sitting area upstairs Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
