This place went downhill.. The menu prices all went up from $10 to $15 and the portions got smaller. They changed the fish & chips which now look like flat paddies and since they took off the automatic gratuity, the service is really bad. They gave our food to someone else and didn't link my purchases to my rewards like in the past. I'm no longer going to drive across town for them. Hopefully the one they are going to open on the East side is better..

The positives are: the recliners are more comfortable than the chairs, our servers are usually friendly, and the fanfest events are a fun addition to regular movie line ups. The negatives: the food has dropped in quality, taste and portion over the last year. Not to mention it is very expensive for what you get. I would recommend just getting popcorn and a drink and skip the rest of the menu. Eat elsewhere before or after your movie.

We've been to many Flix Brewhouse theaters and this one is definitely one of the nicer ones, both inside and out. The entrance to the theater looks clean and smells nice. The theater itself could use a deep clean, as you can see crumbs and other stuff in various crevices and such. The seats were about average but didn't pose an issue for the 2 1/2 hour movie. At least there weren't a ton of annoying ads as the mainstream theaters do. The picture looked good, but you'll want to shoot for more of the middle of the seating area, when possible. We were closer to the back due to the good seats being taken already - not a big deal. We did find the audio to be a bit too loud. We're actually younger folks, so loud isn't a problem. However, when you push a system beyond its limits, the audio starts to become too bright and can exhibit distortion. Then it sounds more like a cheap PA system at a high-school gymnasium versus a high-end theater sound system. It still wasn't bad, as I'm somewhat exaggerating to get the point across, but something management should be aware of. It can be loud and good. The service and food were great. Everything came exactly as ordered, fast, fresh, and tasty. We had burgers, shakes, fries, and other such things. No issues at all. Although if you're going to charge mandatory gratuity for even single orders, why don't you just raise the prices? It's very misleading and was probably the biggest negative I had about the visit. Overall, good place, better than many other theaters. But management needs to revisit its pricing policy.
