Honestly the best cafe I I’ve been too, great owners, amazing food and desserts. I got the smoked brisket sandwich, vanilla slice and the banoffee cake. All a 10/10 highly recommend. Didn’t take a photo of the brisket sandwich because it smelt that good I had to smash it straight away. They also have a smoker out the front which you can smell from a mile away! Highly recommend this joint. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The chicken and leek homemade pie was the best i’ve ever had! Friendly service, lots in the cabinet to choose from and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth the trip! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Flock Cafe in Rye and was honestly really impressed. It has such a cosy, relaxed vibe that makes it a perfect spot to unwind, especially being so close to the beach. The coffee was great—smooth, well-made, and exactly what you want from a good local café. The food was fresh and delicious, with a nice range of options whether you’re after something light or a proper brunch. You can tell care goes into what they serve. What stood out most was the atmosphere. It feels welcoming and laid-back, the kind of place you could sit and chat for hours without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and added to the overall positive experience. Definitely a lovely little gem in Rye. I’d happily come back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice café on the peninsula. Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
