First time exploring this part of Sydney and discovered this interesting cafe. Everything is just right, from the atmosphere to the food quality. The mushroom toast was served with a variety of mushrooms, not just the normal button mushrooms. Flavour and presentation was great. We also tried the Aussie burger. It was perfect in flavour, lite and refreshing. We seldom had such descriptions for a burger. The coffee was also nicely brewed with rich aroma, not bitter. Recommend to drop by if you are after a nice brunch. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Got vegan bowl for your liking.

Hands down the best matcha on the Northern Beaches. If you’re a true matcha lover, you won’t be disappointed. Exceptional quality, beautifully prepared, and absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be forgotten in plain sight, just visit Flower Child Cafe Warringah. After a long wait that felt like we were aging in real-time, our muffin was nowhere to be seen — maybe it went on a spiritual journey. By the time it arrived, we had to get it takeaway because our lives had moved on. Staffed entirely by charming 20-somethings who seem like they were hired for their ability to look confused while holding a coffee cup. No urgency, no awareness — just vibes. Honestly, an AI robot with low battery would have done a better job. But hey, at least the decor was nice while we starved. Maybe the owners Chris Lu and Adam Choker should come in and experience it for themselves and their families not telling the staff and see how they feel ;). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40
