love flower child and always had the best experience and service until tonight! Waited it for over 10 mins in curbside pickup after calling and confirming my spot AND THEN THE MANAGER AUDREY was so nasty and so rude trying to go back in forth about who has an attitudelike no! That’s not customer service or professionalism! I’m a the customer and no one is right or wrong(expect me waiting forever for my food) all she had to do was apologize and ask is there something she could do to fix it. That’s it. She got on the phone with her mind made up already and it was so obvious! She didn’t know the corporate number have me the store number againbut anyway! VERY DISAPPOINTED TONIGHT! Service: 1
