Terrible service. They didn’t deliver flowers that I ordered and paid for online and then placed the blame on me saying that I ordered them after a set cut off time that only they know about!!!

Rude staff, I called to get some information on hiring the space. Was told "we don't advertise this to just anyone, only exclusive events" and I replied "I went to a hens at your venue" and then suddenly she could speak about it. Then when asked how many people would be there (45) she replied that it was over the capacity (which isn't true) and ended the call. WOW!! Customer service to a whole new low!

The Flower Temple was the perfect back drop. We loved the beautiful space which was devoted to nature's beauty. Beautiful flowers spill from urns and rockeries in an enchanted indoor garden.
