Nice food, cozy vibe, friendly services, and reasonable price for the chef pick menu The food served featured with creation and modern fusion, coming in great balance and refresh people’s taste buds. My personal pick are the braised leak with butter beans and crispy potato, roast duck (nice balance with crispy and juicy part of duck), and the apple tart! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I visited Flui for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was beautifully presented, clean, stylish, and welcoming, with a great ambience, soft lighting, and background music that made for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. We started with the East 33 oysters and a Roku gin, and the oysters were an absolute standout. Fresh, beautifully balanced, and easily the highlight of the meal, we would happily come back just for those alone. For mains, we had the gnocchi and the barramundi. The barramundi was cooked perfectly and was incredibly flavourful, while the gnocchi was equally delicious. Both dishes were served at the ideal temperature and showcased great attention to detail in the kitchen. The only minor criticism would be that the portion sizes felt a little small for the price, but the quality and flavour certainly made up for it. The staff were lovely, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, a fantastic lunch experience and a restaurant we’d happily recommend to others looking for quality food and a great atmosphere in Canberra. We look forward to returning. Amazing food, beautiful presentation, and excellent service. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. A fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Flui!
