As always, the food was excellent and the service has always been impeccable. However, this was the second time in two weeks that I had witnessed absolutely unprofessional behavior from a service employee. In front of the guests, she not only criticized her colleague inappropriately, but actually shouted at her and mimicked her - behavior that is not only disrespectful, but simply embarrassing. And this despite the fact that the colleague in question always does an excellent job, definitely better than the person who approached her in this way. No matter what the reason for the criticism may have been - please clarify something like this behind the scenes and not in front of the guests. This should urgently be addressed internally, as such behavior really does not belong in a professional environment. The food was, as usual, excellent, and so far the service staff have always been friendly and attentive. But unfortunately I had to witness how a service employee attacked her colleague publicly and in a completely unprofessional manner. Instead of constructive criticism, there was loud shouting and aping. The behavior was neither respectful nor appropriate in any way and could also be witnessed by everyone present (service staff and guests). As far as I can tell, the colleague in question does an excellent job and was always extremely friendly, which unfortunately cannot be said about the person who exposed her in this way. Whatever the reason for the criticism, in my opinion such things belong behind closed doors and not in the guests' field of vision or hearing. I would strongly recommend discussing this behavior internally, as it leaves a rather unpleasant impression that does not do justice to the restaurant's otherwise good reputation.
