Exquisite takes on traditions Macedonia fare. The porcini yufki was properly gourmet, as was the tender and succulent Abbot’s beef. I didn’t know it could he better until I was wowed with surprise by the deconstructed fig kadaif ice cream dessert. Extensive wine list. I’ve been drinking Macedonia wine on and off for 18 years and was delighted to see how many I did not know. I truly cannot think of a restaurant in this country that has impressed me this much. This can become a five-star restaurant if it improves the service to match the quality of the food and the wine list. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: MKD 2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
