Yes, that space has some acoustical challenges, and we have tried to mitigate with several noise-dampening solutions. We are always evaluating our recipes and understand that sodium can be a concern for many guests. We try to provide lots of ways for folks to eat however they want to (or need to!) and are happy to know we're meeting your needs as a vegan.
