*** update 6/13 hand cut fries have officially started again with the overwhelming support and great reviews we’ve been getting in the community it has led to staffing issues and training issues which we are fixing daily and trying to get better daily! I promise I care more than most And I promise you would be happy next time you came inHello, I’m not sure why my staff did not give you the heads up That due to being way busier than expected during our grand opening last week that we aren’t doing the hand cut fries currently due to being way busier than expected we kept selling out a lot and needed more Staff to keep up with demand. Also, that’s not an excuse for them to be a lower quality than what you should have received even though they aren’t currently our hand cut we’ve been getting great reviews on the fries because we fry everything in beef tallow and they should’ve been crisp and cooked perfectly for you with a solid pepper mix that we use on our fries. Trust me I have been preaching quality first and foremost over everything else and all of my cooks know this and I will be having a talk with him right away because that is unacceptable that you got fries served to you like that and I am fully apologize. I take this very seriously and I will be talking with my Cook who was on duty first thing this morning because that is completely unacceptable and honestly we have been getting good reviews on the fries with them being crinkle cutWe fry them in beef tallow and they should have been crisp and seasoned well where you should have still enjoyed them. Our specialty drinks are in the back of the house triple berry lemonade is a recipe I make myself as well as the bubblegum punch, all you have to do is you just have to order them. We don’t keep them by the pop machine, they are filled and prepared for you once you order it as they are different prices then our pop so that’s why you did not see a sign for them by the pot machine not sure why there was confusion there but I apologize for any confusion there . As for our fowl language the chicken breast gets dunked in the fowl sauce so instead of being like a thick sauce on the top, it’s more of like coating the chicken gets coated in but I have been telling them to add a little bit more after the dunking when plated and will be reminding the them. And as far as your wings we have been getting great reviews on our dry rub baked then flash fried wings. I’m sorry they didn’t come up to your visual expectation as they should have but the flash fry does give them a crispy skin on the outside, but I’m glad they still tasted good and were juicy for you. our buffalo sauce on the side you got is homemade as well I’m glad you liked it. I will have a talk with that Cook and I fully apologize as the owner I take more responsibility and I would love the second chance to earn your business and possibly change this review if you would like to come out and give us another try please message me or stop it. I am normally there all the time and have been trying to do quality control as much as possible as we still have people training.
