While our cocktails are pre-batched for consistency and efficiency, they are prepared in-house with guidance from a cocktail specialist. We agree that this most recent batch came across too sweet, and our team is already working on adjusting the recipe to create a more balanced flavor profile. Our pasta is also freshly made by a local purveyor, so we are especially disappointed to hear that the dish did not meet expectations during your visit.
