Waited idly for 10 minutes until I asked If I was supposed to seat myself and the woman behind the counter said I’ll seat you. My wife and I both ordered bagel sandwiches. 10 minutes later the waitress tells us that they only have one bagel left and offered a hard roll in its place. I told her that I’ll have the hard roll. 10 minutes later the waitress returns to tell us that they dropped the one bagel left. So we opted for hard rolls on both sandwiches. We get our sandwiches but they were on hamburger buns not hard rolls. Food was decent but all else not. Will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Fox's deli came highly recommend, and I drove from Webster just to try the matzo ball soup and the Reuben sandwich. The soup was so awful that I should have sent it back. The matzo ball was dark in color, hard as a rock, and sank to the bottom of the bowl. The broth was tasteless, and even adding salt and horseradish didn't help. I still can't get rid of the taste out of my memory. The Reuben sandwich was full of pastrami, but the dressing also lacked flavor which was extremely disappointing. The side of cole slaw was good but also bland. Neither the server nor the upfront manager asked me how I liked my meal. That's alright, now they will have my honest response. Needless to say, I will not be returning any time soon! This is Richard from Webster.
