What a pleasant surprise to find this museum of a bar in NW PDX! The interior has limited seating, but WOW the decor will have you busy for hours! Attention to every detail here! All ordering is placed through their stainless steel airstream they have positioned outside, with ample outdoor covered seating and a small stage for live music. Does not seem like the type of place to come have a sit down meal and be waited on in a timely manner. There seems to be a French inspiration in their pastries and cocktails, with a Victorian ambiance leaving you wanting to come back and see what you missed the first time! We will certainly be back again to try the main courses! Price per person: $20–30

Visited thanksgiving week, I was very excited about foxtrot, the building/decor is absolutely gorgeous! I love the inside outside concept. The building vibes were immaculate. But that was the extent of the good. Now to the bad… I had the worst cocktail of my life at this bar, huge lover of mezcal, I drink mezcal riffs and classics almost daily…. The mezcal drink I had there for there specialty cocktail was absolutely by far the worst drink I’ve ever had. It was clarified which was cool, but the acid content was so high it made it completely undrinkable. Also what happened to hospitality/ good bartenders? Aparrently make sure you go before 8pm if you want a hot chocolate or espresso cuz they clean the machine and won’t use it if they’ve cleaned it. Bartender was not much for conversation. It makes sense why the place was empty, such a shame for such a beautiful location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30
