Worst customer service experience. I don't know if the woman working the front counter was having a bad day or what, but she clearly had an attitude and was gesturing hatefully towards me. I had come in to pick up a to-go order and she brought out an order with someone else's name on it. When I told her what I ordered and explained that wasn't my name on that order, she rudely informed me that it was my order and that they have phone issues then asked if I would like to call the phone company on their behalf to have it fixed. I politely declined and tried explaining that I honestly didn't want to take someone else's order, since it had their name on it. She insisted that it was mine, then I said that I don't understand how they can hear well enough to take someone's order, but they can't hear good enough to get their name right. It doesn't make any sense. I go there all of the time and have never had a problem with anyone there until today. I will be speaking with the owner and the manager. I work in customer service myself and know that you can't treat people any way that you want to and I also appreciate the fact that the customers aren't always right too.

The food was good most of the time but the prices go up all the time. They tell you that the cost is going up for them, which might be true, but when the cost for them goes back down they keep the same high prices. And cigarettes they just upped the price on those 20 cents a pack. Other stores in town didn't go up. It's just greed, they don't want to give you a fair price. They rip you off!

I work at Frank now have worked there for 6 years now.i order my food there and I'm a cook there .Sometime the new help make mis steak they are learning We are a great place to eat . I stand by Frank's Corner and always will Jody Jones. Hope to see you there .
