Amazing staff, food was phenomenal and quickly given to me, I even felt comforted enough to take a #2 in their lovely restrooms which gave the fresh aroma of natures bliss. Staff was even kind enough to explain to me what the difference between custard and ice cream is which I have promptly forgotten. I do know it's better than anything else around town though! Only could be improved with a playpen structure that could accomodate adults. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came in at 1139 today for dine in while ordering my food I noticed everyone was fast at work as the store was very busy except for one girl who caught my eye, I’m assuming she was a manager because her shirt was different. she didn’t have a bra on, which was very unprofessional and took away my appetite. She was playing on her phone not helping at all. While waiting on my food I observed her putting on gloves and going all around different areas touching everything, giving orders. I feel she could’ve helped more as the store was backed up but she did nothing at all. Then a black gentleman came in while I was eating and things got better customers was getting the food in a timely fashion finally. I was always taught to work and help ,not stand around giving orders especially while there is a drive thru and lobby full of people. This manager or whom ever she was needs to wear a bra. Lead by example and do her part. The food was good as usual. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in Freddy’s Tonight and the food and service was worth leaving a review. I never leave reviews because it takes a lot to wow me ( I know, sorry) But my experience here tonight was better than anywhere else I’ve ever been. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by 3 different employees. I was shocked because not many places care when a customer walks in the door. The girl that took my order was quick to get it entered, but I wasn’t rushed. My food came out in about 5 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh, and made correct. While I ate, there were 2 pleasant staff that came by to check on my experience and even offered for me to try a small scoop of ice cream. During my visit I observed the crew in the kitchen and front having conversation and laughing but still seemed to be getting the job done. I was thoroughly impressed and will recommend this to everyone I know as the best restaurant in Bardstown. Kudos to the kids who were on staff and huge recognition to whoever is teaching them how to interact with customers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
