I appreciate your input, and I am very sorry you were not impressed as we are known for our fine foods, excellent premium teas, pastries, foods. We have received numerous awards and have a wonderful customer service and great staff. We have three of the finest award winning Chocolatiers that have been making chocolates for our restaurants for over 30 years. I must say this is a rare complaint. Regarding our size, yes we are a very small cafe and gourmet shop . We do not have a waiting area, except out front, and we work on reservations for the dining room so we usually don’t have a wait. We are not interested in being in a larger space, as we love the small intimate atmosphere and quaint ambiance . I wish you would try us , we would love to have you back.
