A lot of you are complaining and stating that food at Freshbite is rubbish etc etc however it has been undertaken by new management recently and everything is fresh. I seen a comment which stated "don't wash their hands and rats" however don't understand how u see that as possible as staff wear black gloves at all times whilst operating and dealing with food and get fresh products everyday to keep customers satisfied, think you all need to give them a chance , and this "king khan" character who left that review probably needs to get out of his own kitchen if he's seeing rats with his wild imagination.

Worst place to eat from . Sorry guy's put this aint for me i can see on the picture's and it looks like you are in the takeaway taking pictures saying its the best . Ima unhappy as my son felt sick . I dont no why the.food has changed i really acutally liked it

By far the worst meal I have ever had. I absolutely hate throwing away food, but this meal was atrocious it just had to be thrown away. The green ink used to label the curries was also not water/steam proof, so ran off into our curries as we opened them. Everything was so watery (possibly from being left on the side for a while waiting for delivery), even the mint dip for the onion bhajis was watery. The onion bhajis were undercooked, the chips were soggy and even the pilau rice was somehow rubbish. The estimated time delivery time was 16:50-17:10 on JustEat, called the restaurant at 17:20 to check where my order was and they blamed the rain causing issues for the delivery drivers. We also ordered a lamb curry and was called after the order was placed to say there was no more lamb, agreed for a chicken swap, realised the price was never adjusted for this difference after delivery. Complete waste of £20 and utterly disappointed, how a takeaway could allow food that poor to leave their doors is disgusting. Please see pictures, sadly only took videos of the curries which I can’t upload as part of this review.
