We had breakfast at Ruta 400 and really enjoyed the experience. We ordered the green chilaquiles omelette, the steak and eggs, a cup of coffee, and a tisana tea. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and nicely presented. The green chilaquiles omelette had great flavor without being overwhelming, and the steak and eggs were cooked just right. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a modern and elegant atmosphere that makes it a great place to enjoy a relaxed breakfast or brunch. One thing I always appreciate is a clean restroom, and theirs was spotless, spacious, and well maintained. Another big plus is that they have their own parking lot, which makes visiting much more convenient. Overall, the combination of good food, excellent ambiance, cleanliness, and easy parking made for a great experience. I'd definitely come back and would recommend Ruta 400 to anyone looking for a nice breakfast spot.
