Ordered takeout on September 6, and unfortunately, there was an issue with our order. We ordered kare-kare, and since the menu says beef, I specifically asked the staff if you also had a pork option. I was told that you had crispy pork kare-kare, so I ordered that because the person I was with doesn’t eat beef. We also ordered pansit sotanghon with pork. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened our food, we were disappointed to find that the kare-kare was beef instead of pork. The pansit also didn’t have any pork in it at all. We were already very tired and hungry that night and were really looking forward to our food, so it was honestly disappointing, especially since we had specifically confirmed what we wanted and paid for the order. The food itself tasted good, but we expected to receive what we ordered and paid for. I actually tried messaging the restaurant’s Facebook page first because I wanted to hear their side and give them a chance to address the issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response. For reference, we were the customers sitting outside with a dog around 9–10 PM on September 6, in case the restaurant would like to check the order. I hope this can be addressed, as we would appreciate more attention to takeout orders in the future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30
