Mostly clean and friendly staff. Not happy with produce. Found mold on done fresh fruit, apples blackberries . So I picked through for the best ones, and within a day or two, my blackberries were moldy. Within about four days when I cut an apple open, there was mold on the inside next to the seeds and mold near the stem. What’s the name of this store again? Also, I found some I used to be high priced. I mostly look for things on sale if I have to stop by there.

To Whom It May Concern, Today (4/15/26), I visited your store to purchase a few items. During checkout, the system flagged an item for incorrect weight and requested assistance from an associate. I waited for approximately five minutes, but no one came to help. There were two cashiers present—one older woman and one younger woman. The younger cashier was assisting another customer, while the older cashier was available but did not come over to assist me. Instead, she went to help a different customer at the express line. After waiting without assistance, I left my items and walked out of the store. The situation was frustrating, and it raised concerns for me about how customers are prioritized and treated. It felt as though I was overlooked, and I would like to understand why assistance was not provided in a timely manner. I hope management will review this situation and take steps to improve customer service and ensure that all customers receive fair and prompt assistance.

Two stars, and only because the store is conveniently close to my home. This could easily be my favorite grocery store, but I almost always find spoiled produce, expired lunch meats, or outdated canned goods whenever I shop here. The meat department, in particular, is downright frightening. At this point, I only feel safe buying dry goods (after thoroughly checking expiration dates) and the occasional cucumber. Fresh Market Provo, please do better. You have loyal customers who want to support you, but that won’t last if you keep neglecting basic quality control. Rotten and expired food is unacceptable. UPDATE (6/27/25): Just one day after posting my review, I checked the lunchmeat aisle again and found a package with a May 25th, 2025 expiration date. That’s over a month expired. What if someone had eaten it? Unbelievable. I handed it to the self-checkout attendant… but now I’m wondering will you actually discard it, or just put it back on the shelf?
