I enjoy stopping by Freshii for a quick bite—whether it’s a healthy bowl or a comforting soup, the food is always fresh and satisfying. It’s not the warmest or most welcoming atmosphere, but sometimes I don’t mind since I’m just grabbing something on the go or sit down and eat . My only real complaint is the cleanliness of the tables. Too often they’re greasy or left dirty, even when the place doesn’t seem very busy. I think the staff could pay more attention to keeping the seating area tidy, which would make the overall experience much better. We placed a big order for the whole staff from this place but some bowls are messed up or missing items. I called to clarify but the lady I spoke to couldn’t understand what I am saying. I tried to repeat everything to her multiple times but she is just not getting it. I asked her if she can take down my name and number but even that she couldn’t get. I asked to speak to manager in a nice way but she was very rude and says “I’m busy with customer. I’m busy with customer.” And just hung up on me without trying to even rectify the situation. I get that you might be busy but at least take some accountability and acknowledge the issue. Definitely No accountability. No customer service. Will never order from this place ever again and I suggest you don’t order from here as well. Very disappointing experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
