This place taught me to read the reviews before trying something new. The menu pictures are false advertising. Basic iceberg lettuce, beans and corn from a can, cheese and the sauce (good). Just a disappointment overall.

The food was nearly inedible. I ordered a custom bowl and they were out of several items at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. The cashier barely spoke English and had a difficult time telling me what was or wasn't available. My coworker got a steak bowl and was immediately disgusted after biting into his initial steak piece, questioning not only the quality of the meat but if it was properly cooked. We ended up ditching the idea of a healthy meal and ordered a pizza next door. Much better option. Meal type: Dinner

Hi Tyler. That's not the experience we're known for, and we take it seriously. We pride ourselves on being Freaky Fresh — sounds like quite the pickle. Please reach out to us at guest@freshii.com so we can make it right.

EDIT: I reached out to their customer service after they replied here on Google Maps. They explained that because each individual Freshii location is independently franchised, they would not be able to do anything for me apart from provide me with Freshii “Viip points” for my troubles. Why on earth would I want “points” to return to this restaurant when my primary concern is with the restaurant’s lack of hygiene and sanitation practices? Additionally, a customer service provided me a phone number contact for the restaurant, which I called multiple times to no avail. I understand this is an airport restaurant; but regardless, this is unacceptable. There was only one employee working and she was doing a pretty poor job with basic customer service and attention. She also made my smoothie in a blender that I watched her use for a previous customer, which is indicative of poor health/hygiene practices at this restaurant. Even if the previous customer had a same/similar smoothie (which I’m not sure they did in this case), this is still unacceptable. I would advise that you heed my warning and the warning of others here on Google Maps. Eat here at your own risk.
