I visited this place yesterday evening. I asked to replace rice with quinoa to the cashier. But they gave me Tex Mex bowl with rice. Also, AC was off inside so very hot environment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I’m very disappointed with my order from Freshii. I ordered a bowl with chicken, but when it arrived, it was almost all vegetables and there was no chicken included at all. This is the second time this has happened to me, which is very frustrating. I paid for a meal with chicken and did not receive what I ordered. Mistakes can happen, but having the same issue twice shows a lack of attention to quality control. I hope Freshii improves its order accuracy because customers should receive what they pay for. I would not recommend ordering from this location Meal type: Dinner
